The Israel–Lithuania Chamber of Commerce is a leading business platform dedicated to strengthening and deepening economic, commercial, and professional ties between Israel and Lithuania.
The Chamber fosters collaboration among companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and organizations, creating business opportunities, promoting innovation, and driving shared growth between the two countries.

Len Judes -President
Len Judes is a founder and President of the Israel–Lithuania Chamber of Commerce and Industry, established in 2009. He is also the founder of the Israel–Lithuania Technology Hub, an integral part of the Chamber promoting technology, innovation and business cooperation between the two countries.
Len is an international lawyer with extensive experience in cross-border legal and commercial matters. He serves as Of Counsel to the Cyprus law firm Stelios Americanos & Co LLC. From 2005 to 2010, he also served as President of the Israel–Britain Chamber of Commerce.
In recognition of his longstanding contribution to strengthening relations between Lithuania and Israel, the President of Lithuania awarded Len the Cross of the Knight of the Order for Merits to Lithuania.

Dov Kristal -Chairman
Dov is a seasoned business development expert and CPA with over three decades of experience spanning international trade, financial management, and innovation. As Chairman of the Israel-Lithuania Chamber of Commerce, he plays a key role in advancing bilateral economic ties, leveraging deep relationships across government and industry in both countries. Dov is also a founding partner at HADAS Car Company and has previously led large-scale agricultural cooperatives and export ventures, connecting businesses across Israel and Europe.

Zvika Kezurer -Chairman of the Board
Zvika comes with over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry working with Giants like AT&T, Vodaphone Group, SingTel Group, T-Mobile, America Movil driving Multinational/ Multicultural sales activities over 5 continents. Currently Zvika participates in Advisory Boards for a few Software companies. Zvika had previously led the chamber for the last 6 years during very complex periods such as Corona and war throughout the country.
Avital Rol -Administrative Manager
A Political Science and Asian Studies student, serves as the Administrative Manager at the Israel-Lithuania Chamber of Commerce. Avital supports the Chamber's administrative operations, coordination, communications, and ongoing organizational activities. She contributes to the smooth day-to-day management of the Chamber and supports its professional and business initiatives.
